These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Antique Identifier - Antiqly (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information and images you provide.
• You will not misuse the App for illegal, harmful or fraudulent activities.
• You will not reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the App.

3. Identification results and disclaimer

The App provides AI-based identification and valuation estimates for antiques and collectibles. Results are not professional appraisals, financial advice or guaranteed valuations. Use the information at your own discretion.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Subscription payments and refunds are handled under the policies of Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. All purchases are final unless otherwise specified by Apple or Google.

5. Intellectual property

All content, features, branding and code within the App are the property of Obzena LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, if fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected, or if required by law or technical necessity.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial loss, misidentification, valuation errors or damages resulting from use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
